‘No gluten ahead’
Eating out can be challenging for those with food intolerances but Carolyn Holbrook discovers there are places to go.
This smart, shiny new cafe/restaurant doesn't shout its diet-sensitive credentials from the rooftop, but happily caters for everyone. Owners Clare Hetzel and Sally Bowen want to pioneer a new kind of "inclusive" hospitality, and they're succeeding admirably well.
